Best Bread Machine Baking Recipes
Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups water
1
1/2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
3 1/3 cups bread flour
1 1/4 teaspoons bread yeast
Instructions:
1. Measure ingredients into baking pan in the order recommended
by the manufacturer. Insert pan into oven chamber. Select Dough
cycle.
2. Remove dough and shape into an oval-shaped loaf. Leave on counter
covered with a dry tea-towel, to rise for about 15 minutes.
3. Butter a regular-sized bread pan and sprinkle corn meal on top
of butter, knocking out any excess. Place loaf into bread pan and
cover again, allowing to rise in a warm, draft-free place for at
least another 15 minutes.
4. Bake at 400 F for 25 - 35 minutes or until loaf sounds hollow
when tapped on the bottom.
